So what is Ho Oponopono?

I placed the video as I think it is a beautiful song, which helps you to remember how to do Ho Oponopono, but many have contacted me asking "So what is Ho Oponopono exactly"? so I have placed a link below to the best website that I have found which explains it perfectly.


I have been using this method for just over a year now, and continue to use it most days where I can and it really has a profound internal effect on me, I find it so much easier to do the more I have practised using this ancient technique.

How to build a crystal grid

Building a Crystal Grid
To create your crystal grid you will need six crystals for the four sided grid and eight crystals for the six sided grid. Choose them with care and sensitivity for their intended purpose allowing your intuition to guide you to them.
Your crystals should be cleansed before using them refer to cleansing, charging and programming.
Next you must prepare a place for your crystal grid. It should be a place that only you have access to or at least a place that is your space. It could be an altar or a sacred place in your home on a desk top or shelf.
From the eight crystals select the one that seems the strongest and is the most Yang or contains the most male energy. This will be your master charging crystal. Clear quartz male crystals are clear with no clouds within them, females are smoky or cloudy inside.
Then place six of the crystals at equal points around a circle about 12” in diameter pointing inward. This will create a hexagon or six sided figure.
Place the last crystal in the centre pointing to one of the others. For your central crystal, you may also choose to use a double terminated crystal, a cluster, a pyramid or crystal ball. Play with the arrangement until it feels right.
Programming the grid with energy
Once you have cleansed charged and programmed each crystal you are now ready to build the grid.
STEP ONE:
Take each crystal and give it a bit of a charge, then place it in its proper position in the grid. After the crystals are in position, do not move them as this will weaken their energy connection. Then charge your master crystal in the same way. You can use white tack to stick the crystals in place.
The master crystal is to be used to keep your crystal grid charged. Charge it with energy in the same way as the others. Then while holding it in your right hand, begin drawing out pie shaped sections above the grid imagining energy coming from the master crystal and charging the grid.
Set the master crystal to one side.
STEP TWO:
The arrows indicate the direction to point/move the master crystal when charging the grid.
Move it from an outer crystal to the centre, then back to the same outer crystal, then clockwise to the next crystal repeating the in and out motion and continuing around the circle.
Start with the central crystal and move out to an outer crystal then across moving counter clockwise to the next outer crystal and back to the centre then back out to the same outer crystal you went in from and so on.
Making pie shaped movements and moving around the grid in a clockwise direction.
As you do this, repeat and affirmation / mantra of power such as:
“I empower this grid with light, with light, with light to heal, to heal, to heal. I empower this grid with love, with love, with love, and wisdom, wisdom, wisdom, to heal, to heal, to heal. I call on my highest spiritual guides now to attune to this grid of light, grid of light, to heal, to heal, to heal, with love, with love, with love.”
Again feel free to use your creative intuition to create empowering affirmation / mantras that feel right for you.
STEP THREE:
Meditate with your master crystal each day and use it to charge your crystal grid each day. If you miss a day or two do not worry. However, for your crystal grid to remain activated, you must work with it regularly. For greater strength and effectiveness, do a meditation while holding your master crystal, and end the meditation by projecting love into your master crystal, then use it to charge your crystal grid, follow STEP TWO.
 
Here I have added chips of Amethyst and Rose Quartz, a large crystal pyramid in the centre with double terminated clear quartz and single terminated Citrine as the grid.  Each of the clear quartz crystals were connected up in the pie format then I connected up each piece of Citrine, then I connected each piece of Citrine to clear quartz making the most magnificent grid. The left hand picture 6 single terminated clear quartz crystal with a piece of Rose Quartz in the middle as the master crystal, and again surrounded by Amethyst and Rose quartz chips which increases the vibration even more.

I have found that using cake boards or canvas boards like the ones used above they are easy to move if it was necessary. I have also energised business cards on these grids before giving them out to people.

The abundance has increased....

....more than I could have ever imagined, it is one of the most exciting experiences I have had pleasure in being part of recently.  And you may be asking what is exciting about abundance?, well when I say abundance many of you may be thinking "money" but this is not what I am referring to, however money kind of comes into the story but not in having it or spending it but actually in how much I have saved.

So here is the thing, how many of you can say that you have been out and got some fresh air and excercise in beautiful natural surroundings, where there is only the sound of birds along the pathway, where the trees have a certain "presence" and where silence encaptures you from time to time, the air is filled with freshness and depth of rich earth from the undergrowth that runs alongside you and from the river which bubbles it's way on its long journey back to the ocean, and also being blessed with abundance along the way, how many of you can say yes to that? and if you do say yes then you will have a much deeper understanding of the story I am telling you here.

The abundance is in the form of nature larder once again, and in the week I put out to find apple trees, and rowan trees both have eluded me well not totally but they were sparce and not in places that were not invaded by car fumes.  So my search continued, and once again I asked that I could have some more sloes, and so I let go once I had placed my order with the universe and then came the delivery.

What is important to mention is that when I placed my order with the Universe I was very specific in what I was looking for and then asked for that or something better, and I believe that the last part has done the most work for me.     

I was guided to drive the car when I was out and about on Thursday into roads which I personally would not choose to drive down, taking a left here and a right there and had no idea where I was in resepct to where I had been but as I drove slowly through the winding road surround by houses on the one side and fields and trees on the other I turned the corner and there in front of me was the most wonderful amazing sight, the biggest Mountain Ash Trees I have ever seen, the ones which I remember from my childhood days were just average size growing in the pavements of the streets where I used to walk to school.  The universe had done the "and or something better" beyond my wildest dreams, I was not dressed in the right attire with high heel shoes and long skirt but the meadow in front of me was calling out so loud and the 50ft or so Rowan trees adorned from just a few feet off the ground with bright red rowan berries hundreds and thousands of them and there must have been about 5 trees.  I threw everything out of the plastic box which I organise my tools and things in from the boot of my car and stepped through the long wet grass and within 15 minutes I had a box full of berries.  Now that is what I call abundance. Sorry I have no photo yet of this.

Then a similar thing happened today, when once again I went out wild-crafting and once again I was astounded at what I found as I walked across a different patch of land to last week and there not one apple tree but 5 all in a long row growing alongside the grass pathway I was totally overwhelmed. Later on my walk I was blessed with so many sloe (blackthorn) bushes I was laughing out loud having read some of the comments on different jam and jelly making blogs and websites which state how scarce the sloes are this year, Mmmm, I thought to myself  how blessed am I.

To the left is a close up (sorry for the blurr) of the amount of sloes I was blessed with in one spot.  To the right is just one of about 50 bushes within one space all full and bursting with sloe-goodness.


And look at the beautiful patch of nettles below - how blessed with abundance is that, and there were huge patches everywhere.  
 And to the right one of the many apple trees which were adorned with luscious apples there must have been at least 3 different varieties but not sure which is which to be honest as my knowledge of wild apples is not great, but what did come to mind as I filled the ruck sack with the gold which I had found was chutney, jelly, jam and crumble.  Wow I had such an amazing find, and I definitely believe that the "and or something better" was a key in the whole process, as I had been near this part of the walk last week and never saw all this, but found it all today.

So all you limited thinking people out there order your abundance today, and remember to give back not only to mother earth for her generous larder but also to the plants which have blessed you with food, I shall return this to her in the form of wild bird seed. And I would like to say thank you to the Universe and the local Council for their blessings and part in all this.

And remember to use every part of that which you have been blessed with - nothing needs to be thrown away, and the very tiny amounts can be returned to mother earth to be recycled.

So I can honestly say that the Universe is teaching me the truth essence of ABUNDANCE.... and the more I have faith and stay open and curious to it the more is being blessed to me.

30 min meditation

I have produced another meditation for you, this one has a lot better sound than the first one - as I mentioned then, I was and still am working with new software, and so it can only improve as I learn about the software.

So the second meditation is :


The Crystal Cavern meditation is one which I have used in many of the meditation groups that I have held over the years and is done specifically to also work on awakening your senses, this assists those of you who are developing your spiritual self.  Other than that it is a beautiful journey to take.

Life is so abundant

And when  was the last time you really stopped to think about how abundant you actually are.  I am guessing either never or a very long time ago.

Well today I was so abundantly blessed I was quite overwhelmed.  Here is my story:

I decided to go wild-crafting again today whilst I was blessed with such wonderful bright skies and sunshine, but this time instead of going to the local canal which is where I have been wild-crafting for many years, I decciced to go much more local and boy was I amazed at the abundance in Mother Earths larder, and right on my doorstep.

I began my walk by the river which runs just at the back of where I live, and where I am surrounded by 26 acres of parkland and two nature reserves, and even knowing that I still had no idea of how full the larder was, and that was becuase I did not take the time to look.

So I passed an abundance of blackberry bushes, most of them gone for this season but I am definitely going to be getting them from this larder next year, and then there was the abundance of Rose Hips right there in front of me and to the right massive patches of nettles, so there are three things to make wonderful delicious recipes from.

Then I walked further and further getting engrossed into nature and found so many hawthorn trees I could hardly believe my eyes, and then sloes well I was really shocked with the amount of sloe's (they are from the blackthorn bush) and again there are several recipes and uses for this wonderful fruit.

Just over three hours of walking, and picking I came back with a true feast every time I turned around there was another abundance of fruit and this included a massive crab apple tree, nothing could have prepared me for this magnificant sight.

And here is the picture so that you can see what an abundance of food I picked for free today, and this proved to me that I truly am an abundantly blessed person.



 So here are the crab apples, the nettles ready for the soup, on the far left are the Haws, in the middle the sloes, and to right are the Rose Hips.

And all I have to find now are Rowan trees to get the berries from them.  But this is perfect for all my recipes, which include soup from the nettles, jams and jellies from the fruit and some for my witches store cupboard.

I already have blackberries and elder berries which I have picked over the Summer, so next time you are moaning that you have not got the things you think you want then please think again as life really is abundant.

The quiet inner voice meditation - 30 minutes long


I have recently blessed my new work room which I use for all the magical things that I do including meditation, so the room was named "Somewhere over the rainbow" and this is where the above meditation was recorded, as will all future ones be.

Here are some pointers before you begin:
  1. Always ensure that you are somewhere where there are going to be no disturbances
  2. Make sure that all phones are switched off or placed on silent 
  3. Ensure that you have not eaten a heavy meal for at least 1 hour before as the digestive process interferes with the meditation energies flowing into the body
  4. Wear warm comfortable loose clothing
  5. Always sit as upright as possible to ensure that you do not fall asleep and to help keep you grounded
  6. With creative meditation which this one is then you can watch the screen and just listen to the words or you can close your eyes and follow the journey in your mind to the best of your ability
  7. Most of all enjoy
I hope that you enjoy this meditation, I know that it does cut off just before the recording actually ended, but I have learnt from that and so the next one will be the right time frame, as I was using new software for this one and so I now have a lot more awareness of how it actually works etc.

What a luxurious life

Wow what an amazing day, I went for a walk today to do some wildcrafting that part is nothing unusual, but that was not quite what the universe had planned, what happened whilst I was walking was more than amazing.

I took my usual route down the canal, but as I began walking my strong inner guidance system kept saying "go the other way" and it was so strong that I could not ignore it, so I surrendered and began walking the other way, enjoying the beautiful sunshine and warm air and the song of the birds all around it was so magical, and then I had another inner urge from the guidance system to venture off the towpath and into a wooded area.

And there was me thinking I was going wildcrafting, so much for thoughts.  I found a wonderful clearing so I sat and took in all the amazing energies, the deep earthy smell of the soil beneath me it was truly amazing and uplifting but at the same time grounding and reassuring, I felt so at home once again, but without a lighter I was unable to light a fire, something the Aborigines taught me and which I have never forgotten that the fire is the first thing which is lit when you stop anywhere.

So for today I had to just connect with the energies, then after a while I felt it was time to go, as I was beginning to pack my things up I saw a bike rider inbetween the trees, but thought nothing more of it saying to myself "now I wonder which is the way out of here" as I began walking it was like I was automatic pilot and one foot just followed the other without any thought as to which direction I was heading, after a while I came across the guy I had seen on the bike, and then noticed that he was with another guy sitting on a tree log with a camp fire. 

I apologised for entering their space, but it was okay, I asked if they knew which way the towpath was as I appear to have lost my way, the one guy was about to tell me when my mouth opened and all these questions started splurging out, about whether they lived there, and how long they had been there and just found myself getting more and more nosey.

But as they began opening up to me it was quite amazing, they had been living there for a while totally at one with nature, it was like I was being rekindled with memories of when I was travelling and had lived out with nature on occassions with no money, or any luxuries that I today take for granted.

I was blown away with their story and way of life, so simple and perfect in some way, but a life which held it's own struggles like not having water on tap, and having to ride many miles on a bike to get some, not being able to dry clothes when they got wet in the heavy rains which had been around for the past couple of days, and then they invited me into their "lodge" it was totally awesome, they had built a holly hedge all the way around a large cleared area where small trees were to hang their clothes on and in the corner nestled away from the winds were the tents and a cooking area, the entrance to the area was a natural doorway that had been created by the two trees on either side, as I walked under the arched opening I asked permission from the land to enter the space and as I did it felt like I had walked into a sacred space that aborigines or shamens had created I was absolutely dumb founded.

I was completely transported to another energy frequency, it was so peaceful and serene, it felt like the inside of a sweatlodge (of course if you have never done a sweatlodge then you will not understand the feeling I am trying to describe), I was so blessed to have met these two men, and it was such an honour for me to be blessed with their stories and journeys of life to this point.

I could have stayed there forever, but in the moments I was in their "lodge" I was filled with the most amazing oneness I have felt in a very long time, so much peace it was quite incredible then I had fleeting thoughts of what a luxurious life I have, the roof over my head, the shower, the food, the water, etc. and although I also thank the universe for all these things meeting these two men today bought it all home to me on an even deeper level as I was experiencing it first hand and hearing true experiences of how life is for them.

And I know that at some level they choose that lifestyle but I am still in awe of them, the one chap had a luxurious life before the one he now lived, and through divorce and many other things including illness this is what he has to show for all that part of his life, now living in nature with no luxuries what so ever, that is a massive contrast and this is what I admire him and his friend for the acceptance that they have both reached about how they live.

They like many of the Aborigines that I have met on my travels are adapted to this way of life from living it and it is going back to the source of who we are as people that really does make the magic within come to life.

Words really do not do the story any justice what so ever, they never have with my Australian travels either, being there in it for even just a brief time is the most empowering way to experience it and as I have found through my own travels those memories will never fade and nobody can ever take them away, they are so magical and inspiring I am truly blessed.

I came back home and even on the way began recognising more and more things that I have that I am truly grateful for, and my thoughts were with the two amazing men I met today. And tonight I will send them prayers and light to keep them safe and well, and like many of the people I met when I was travelling I will often think about what they taught me and how blessed I truly am from the experiences.

So next time you have a hot meal, a shower, wash your clothes or crawl into a nice cosy bed think of those people who do not have such luxuries whether chosen or not and send your blessings to them a prayer is a powerful thing.

Blackboard wipeout


So back to the drawing board, or blackboard in this case and yes I know that these days we use whiteboards but for this anaology I am going back to a good old fashioned blackboard, and I believe the reason for this when it was given to me when I was working with a couple of beautiful people this week in development is that it works closer with the inner child energies.

So here it is, every day you can imagine that all your day's events good and bad are now stored on your blackboard, and as you can visually see the one above it will assist you to imagine your own, and it could have scribbles of anger all over it, it could have different coloured chalk all over it, it could have so much on it that the stuff which happening this morning is no longer visible on the board as it has been covered up and completely entangled with all the other stuff that has happened since that point.

Mmm, now switch your thinking to seeing all that stuff on the blackboard as energy, strands of energy or vibrations and all of them at different frequencies which could be represented by the different colours, yes see you got the picture just imagine you can see all that day on that board.

You're doing brilliant, keep going, now take the cloth or board rubber and literally see yourself wiping the board clean, yes all of it and as you do so say the statement Ho'oponopono which means to make right.

So back to the blackboard, you are rubbing out all that energy and saying Ho'oponopono clearing away the day.

So what does this blackboard process actually do, well firstly it allows your energy field to be clear for a new day (tomorrow if there is such a thing) and then it also allows negative energies to be "detached" from your own energy field, over time that could get very sluggish and heavy carrying all that energetic baggage around with you, which hits the physical level as dis-ease or dis-order in some way shape or form. It also allows you to live in the now but with freedom and space for new energies to flow.

It felt so light and wonderful to do myself  that I then decided to work with others using this analogy and it worked for them as well, so now it is time to share it with many of you who I may never get to meet in person but whom I am happy to pass this energy work onto as you too are my sisters and brothers.

I know that using this method will not clear up something from weeks, months or even years gone by but now is the only place that is important, and the past does not equal the future so it is better to just rub today out once you are done with it.

Attitude is everything!

I am sure that many of you have heard the story about Jerry, but when I came across it again this week in a coffee shop and it was just the story I required to remind me that attitude is everything.  So I am going to share it with you in the hope that it maybe just what you require at the moment of reading or finding this blog.

So Jerry was the kind of man you love to hate.  He was always in a good mood and always had something positive to say. So when someone asked Jerry how he was doing, he would reply "If I were better, I would be twins!".

He was also a unique manager and had several waiters who had followed Jerry from restaurant to restaurant, and the reason for this was becuase of Jerry's positive uplifting attitude. Jerry was a natural motivator, if an employee was having a bad day, Jerry would be there telling the employee how to look on the positive side of the situation. One day one of the waiters went up to Jerry and asked him "I don't get it! You can't be positive all the time. How do you do it what is your secret?" Jerry replied, "Each morning I wake up and I say to myself, 'Jerry you have two choices today: You can choose to be in a good mood or you can choose to be in a bad mood.' I choose to be in a good mood. Each time something negative or bad happens, I can choose to be a victime or I can choose to learn and grow from it. I choose to learn and grow from it. Every time someone comes to me complaining, I can choose to accept their complaining or I can point out the positive side of life. I choose the positive side of life." "Yes but surely that is not so easy to do protested the waiter" "Yes it is," Jerry said, "Life is all about choices.  When you cut away all the junk, every situation is a choice.  You choose how you react to situations. You choose how people will affect your mood.  You choose to be in a good or bad mood. The bottom line: It is your chpoice how you live life." The waiter reflected on these words, soon thereafter he left the restaurant industry to start his own business. Jerry and the waiter lost touch, but he often thought about Jerry when he made a choice in life instead of reacting to it.

Several years later, the the waiter heard that Jerry did something you are never supposed to do in a restaurant business; he left the back door open one morning and was held up at gunpoint by three armed robbers. while trying to open the safe, his hand, shaking from nervousness, slipped off the combination.  The robbers panicked and shot him.  Luckily, Jerry was found relatively quickly and rushed to the local hospital.  After 18 hours of surgery and weeks of intensive care, Jerry was released from the hospital with fragments of the bullets still in his body. The waiter saw Jerry about six months after the accident. When the waiter asked him how he was, he replied "If i was better, I'd be twins, Want to see my scars?" the waiter declined to see the scars but did ask him what had gone through his mind as the robbery took place. "The first thing that went through my mind was that I should have locked the back door," Jerry replied. "Then, as I lay on the floor, I remembered that I had two choices: I could choose to live, or I could choose to die. I chose to live." "weren't you scaered? Did you lose consciousness?" asked the waiter. Jerry continued, "The paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the emergency room and I saw the expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared.  In their eyes, I read 'He's a dead man.' I knew I needed to take action. "What did you do?" asked the waiter. "Well, there was a big, burly nurse shouting questions at me," said Jerry. "She asked if I was allergic to anything. "Yes," I replied. The doctors ansd nurses stopped working on me as they waited for my reply. I took a deep breath and yelled, "Bullets!" Over their laughter, I told them, "I am choosing to live. Operate on me as if I am alive, and not dead."

Jerry lived thanks to the skill of his doctors, but also because of his amazing attitude. Many have learned from him that every day we have the choice to live fully.  Attitude, after all, is everything.

STRESS, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, PANIC – 100% NATURAL SOLUTION




This article is not a replacement for professional medical assistance, if you are suicidal or your symptoms are not under control then take the necessary course of action and contact a mental health team of professionals.

The only reason I have written this article is because I have been there, and in the throws of being there I was also supported by a team of professional people.

If you find yourself stuck in the endless rhythm of stress, anxiety, panic or depression and unable to see the wood for the trees, then read these three easy natural action steps that you can do immediately to get the relief you are so desperately searching for.

Action Step One

When we look at making changes in our life, the first step is always the most difficult one to take, and tackling anxiety, depression or stress is no different. The first part is to accept that this is where you are now right this very minute, you are nowhere else but here with this experience. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and ACCEPT. Nothing outside of yourself is causing this.

I used to think that what is known as an external stressor (that is something outside of yourself) was the cause and blamed that for all the stress, anxiety, panic and even depression that I was once experiencing. I also used to think and partly believe that these external effects were responsible and therefore out of my own control to change.

The first massive action you can honour yourself with right at this very moment is to accept that you are right in this moment totally in control of who you are and that you are the only person who is responsible for those thoughts.

The first time you allow yourself to take and accept this responsibility can be quite overwhelming, but that is okay as it soon becomes so liberating it is awesome.

Accepting responsibility is one of the best things you can do for yourself it offers you so much freedom, and brings about a whole new set of opportunities. Acceptance brings with it the realisation that you are the only one in charge and that you can get out of this experience and into something new and better.

Of course there are always going to be situation and people outside of yourself that you can blame but that is a cop out and the only person you let down by believing they are responsible is YOU.

By focusing on these external factors is not going to help – refocus your attention and perception and say:
“No matter what has happened – no matter what others did or did not do, I and I alone am totally responsible for where I am now and I am totally responsible for the way I am feeling right now, and therefore it is in my control to change it and I now choose to get myself out of it.”

This is a very powerful stress management technique it brings back your own level of empowerment and releases it from external people and or situations.

Stating this statement out loud to yourself is taking responsibility not blame yourself for things which are going on inside of you. Taking responsibility is constructive, blaming yourself for the way you are is destructive, ensure that you remember this important aspect.

ACTION STEP TWO

In setting yourself a target to aim for the chances of you achieving it is a lot higher than if you just aim and hope for the best.  So in the case of stress, anxiety, panic and depression then making a firm target would go something like this:


“My intention is to conquer stress/anxiety/panic/depression. They are no longer acceptable and I intend to replace them with peace/harmony/balance/love, I give myself permission in all directions and in all lifetimes to honour this new intention with immediate effect.”  

Oh my goodness how wonderful, inspirational and motivational does that sound. Wow how much are you empowered and back in control now?

I am not saying that the above statement is a wonder or miracle statement but something has to shift on some level when you use the right language. It is the start and one foot in front of the other is a good place to be right now.

Of course there are other tools and techniques that work, but at this moment in time you can dramatically improve the quality of your life with the use of these powerful stress management techniques.

Excellent good job so here is powerful  ACTION STEP THREE

Now this powerful technique has been in circulation for hundreds of years and used worldwide, it is also a very simple step as are most things are, I have a saying that “life only gets complicated and out of control when people’s wrong/negative thoughts get involved”

There is no “magical” solution just the right use of words to bring about powerful life changing effects. I now this first hand because I have an ology in complicating life.

So the third empowering statement is:



Change your thoughts and perception and you will change the outcome.

I know that it appears simple but the power behind this is incredible. The way you think about anything that is happening in your life affects the way you feel.

You create feelings from the thoughts which you have, and most of the time you have thousands of unconscious thought per day those are the thoughts which happen without you feeling as if you have no control over them, and they happen most of the time without your awareness. I call them the “silent players on repeat” even a smell can trigger them without your awareness.

Have you heard of the saying “what you give out you get back” well if you haven’t you have now, and the theory behind this is that the universe acts as a huge mirror and your thoughts bounce back to you as experiences, so if your unconscious is playing silently in the background saying “I can’t afford to buy that dress” “I shouldn’t spend that money” “What if I can’t put food on the table” etc etc when you are out shopping, then that is most likely to be the voice that the mind listens to. And if by some chance you still continue to buy the dress despite the silent voice chances are you will take it back, or feel extremely guilty and beat yourself up further. The same applies to depression, anxiety, stress and panic.

Another saying is what you resist persists, and the deeper the suffering becomes, the thicker the trees become in that forest you may feel you are in. The other saying is that if you carry on doing what you are doing you are going to keep getting the same results.


So it is not rocket science to work out that if you consciously change your thoughts and repeat them over and over and over like your unconscious does then eventually and sometimes immediately you will change the outcome.

Nobody said it was going to be easy, but you allowed yourself to get to this place which means that you can change its course and direction and create a completely different outcome by using the three 100% natural and highly-effect stress management techniques.

I know they work because this is what I used.

Being mentally stuck!

So there you are just merrily going about your day and you heard it yesterday or last night that catchy tune on the radio or television advert, and for some reason you are unable to get the damn thing out of your head, not only do you happily keep singing it when you get a moment, and not even consciously which is even more annoying, but you also seem to be able to influence others to catch the "bug" as well.

Mmm how interesting, how does that really happen when I was not even trying, and then the more you try to make the song or tune to go away the more it happens, or the more you hear it on the radio or see it on the television, wow that is so interesting that the mind can do that with no conscious interaction from you.

Now have you ever thought passed that point obviously the song has to be stopped or be interupted before your brain will stop playing it on repeat, but if you are able to get passed that point then you will realise the huge power that you have or your brain has at least, and no real action required from you in terms of the song it picked up on.

So this is where you can use it to your advantage, the brain that is not the song!  Think of something you really love and anchor it in with a song that reminds you of that thought and there you have it, one anchored in song with thought.

Now that is positive programming at its best, now there is anothing thing which is going to assist this to come to fruition if it is a goal that you are thinking of and that is emotion.

Now most people including myself have always said how can you add a positive or happy emotion if you have never experienced what that feels like in accordance with your picture or visual that you have just created.

Well the answer to that is to think of something that made you feel all warm and fluffy inside and smiley, weather it was a person, a place or for me motorbikes, big fat juicy 600 + motorbikes, that thought just makes my energies flood with lovely thoughts, and Mmmmm you know what I mean.

So here we go then thought, music, and emotion = positive outcome or in some other language the Law of Attraction.

So go on give it a go and see what happens.

Stop procrastinating!

Today I was once again blessed with an amazing opportunity, but firstly did I recognise it as a blessing, and the answer to that is no I just thought is was my head nagging me to go somewhere where I thought I might bump into someone that I actually did not particularly want to bump into if you get my drift.

So after two hours of this constant voice in my head telling me to go to this place, I decided to give in as the "nagging" was way over the top! so off I trotted (not literally) to the destination, only to find out that it had a new manager, nothing new in that I thought, but then as I was happily tapping away on the netbook as they also had wifi there which was a bonus because I did listen to the part my inner voice that said take the netbook, I was able to complete a lot of work in the time I was there.

Whilst doing this I asked my beautiful spirit guide "what is the reason I am here as the person I thought maybe here is not so that is not the reason, so what is it"? and this is what I was told or shown actually, for me that is like looking through someone else's eyes for a brief moment, I see things as if I was not there (weird - yes sometimes) but I accept who I am, so looking through my spirit guide's eyes, I was shown that there are 22 covers here and that means 22 people I could assist using the spiritual gifts and insights that I am able to get for people.  Mmm I thought, and then some more information came to me, and I carried on thinking Mmmm, how interesting, but then I got it I realised I was procrastinating over the whole thing and other things which could.... I am not even going to finish that sentence. 

So after a coaching session with someone, I decided to walk my talk and take MASSIVE action in my own life and gave my details to the manager along with my idea, I felt sick to the stomach but I remembered what I call my word blanket (a security blanket made from words) spirit never ever let me down, and as this was their guidance then surely everything will be okay and work out.

Still big breaths needed to take action, but hey I thought to myself what is the worst that can happen, and the answer was nothing and the best that can happen is that I will do a good job as always and help 22 people in some way shape or form. That really makes me happy :)

So I did walk my talk today in a massive way, and what I also remembered is that when we listen to fear or we are not actually doing the thing which we may be procrastinating over we get locked more into fear.  Were as when we actually do the thing and take action we do not feel fear nor do we procrastinate in any way.  Interesting don't you think my friend.

So what have you taken Massive Action on today, or what MA could you take tomorrow on something that you procrastinated over today? Go on take MA it may turn out to be the best thing you ever did!

Hey everyone,

Wow hasn't it been a fantastic couple of weeks in terms of the weather, this is perfect for getting out in the fresh air and going for a long walk, and when I say that I mean it is so much better first thing in the morning or early evening before the sun gets it's hat on.  The burn time is not shown on the television in this country, but when I lived in Australia it was really helpful to know the "burn" time as I call it, the weather people would tell you how long in the sun you could have before it becomes dangerous for you, say it was 15 mins then you would if you were using a factor 30 which equates to 30 x 15 = 4.5 hours in the sun before reapplying sun screen.

And in this country not many people know what the factor means in sunscreen, so I believe even though the weather has not been as hot as it could be it still matters and you can still burn just because you cannot see the sun and even worse if it is cloudy, the sun still emits rays that are harmful to the skin.

So over with the lecture, how has your week been? have you been able to get that project done? or are you thinking about starting a new project, well all I have to say to that is STOP right now you are on the wrong moon cycle for that to work out, instead we are heading for a lunar eclipse full moon, wow I am so excited about that on Saturday.

Another opportunity to "get rid" off stuff and that may including clearing out the cupboards, looking at what "friends" or "aquaintances" need to be ditched, and perhaps tying up any loose ends on projects that you began last quarter.

So take advantange it is FREE for all to work with, and I mean totally FREE there are no hidden messages or expectations or tiny writing or clauses it is TOTALLY FREE.  Wow not often you can say that, well in Mia-land there is because I am so grateful for all that is FREE on a daily basis, and the moon is just one of them.

Doesn't time fly when your having fun

Wow almost three weeks have flown by since I last wrote on the blog.  I have been having so much fun, which included a car breakdown, a freeze n the debit card so I was not able to get access to any funds and other life stuff, but when all these things were kicking off I had two choices, and they were do I get really angry, frustrated etc or do I see this as a new adventure?

Well I have tried the getting angry blah blah version, so this time I decided to see it all as a huge adventure, and you know what I really enjoyed the experience, I enjoyed waiting for the tow truck at the side of the road, it did help that it was sunny and I had a fold up chair in the boot so I could have a bit of a relax, and I got to meet some really nice people who helped me, and I the miracle came after not having the car for the whole weekend, that the fault that originally showed appeared no longer to be there, however I have to say that the reaction to that was not how I thought I would react, effectively I should have felt the emotion of joy and happiness nowing that I could get the car back and not have to spend £700 getting it fixed which was the price I was quoted, and I should have felt over joyed that I had just saved £700 but for some reason those emotions were not there, I really sat and thought about that but came up with nothing other than a huge sigh of relief and gratitude.

The frozen card issue, resolved itself quite quickly and that could have been worse as it happened on a Friday on a bank holiday, so I was truly grateful that I was able to call the customer services help line in the evening, and they gave me £40 as a guesture of goodwill, not bad for doing nothing.

So with all this stuff going on, I have realised that I have paid no attention to the things that matter to me, one of which is this blog, so again I have had to refocus my attention and get it back on track.

So when anything like this happens to you, remember to get back on track as soon as the issue or whatever has side tracked you is over.  This is where many people fail to achieve their goals because of a divertion which came along.

Someone said to me today "Yes I am still on track with that goal, I just took a bit of a divert"! if you on divert then how on earth can you be on track?

Becoming aware of your awareness

Most of the time, you probably don't pay much attention to your awareness. Yet if the truth be known, it is crucial to everything you do. When you drive, cook, clean, study, listen to music or chat with friends you are being aware, or paying attention.

Lets just exlore that for a moment, first notice what it is like to be aware.  Have there been times in your life when you were not aware of anything?

Finish this thought:  "I am aware of ............."

Repeat this over and over andnotice where your awareness takes you.

Are you aware of more internal or external sensations?

Do you pay more attention to thoughts and fantasies than to you moment-to-moment sensory experiences?

Notice whether a preoccupation with mental activity diminishes your awareness  of what is happening right here right now.

Now pay attention to whether you awareness focuses on a particular object or sensation, or does it tend to ve more expansive and inclusive?

Does your awareness shift quickly from one thing to another, or does it move slowly, making contact with each item before moving on?

Experiment with gently directing your awareness from one focus to the next.  What happens when you pay attention to sounds?  you may notice that you momentarily forget about your hands or the discomfort in the back of your knees.

Allow yourself a couple of minutes every day tofocus on one object of attention for as long as you can.  How long can you remain undistracted before the mind skips to the next thing?

Regular meditation really assists with:
  • Getting used to being still
  • Developing the ability to turn your attention inward
  • Struggling to focus your attention
  • Being distracted again and again
  • Becoming more focused
  • Feeling more relaxed as you meditate
  • Noticing fleeting moments when your mind settles down
  • Experiencing brief glimpses of stillness and peace
