The quiet inner voice meditation - 30 minutes long


I have recently blessed my new work room which I use for all the magical things that I do including meditation, so the room was named "Somewhere over the rainbow" and this is where the above meditation was recorded, as will all future ones be.

Here are some pointers before you begin:
  1. Always ensure that you are somewhere where there are going to be no disturbances
  2. Make sure that all phones are switched off or placed on silent 
  3. Ensure that you have not eaten a heavy meal for at least 1 hour before as the digestive process interferes with the meditation energies flowing into the body
  4. Wear warm comfortable loose clothing
  5. Always sit as upright as possible to ensure that you do not fall asleep and to help keep you grounded
  6. With creative meditation which this one is then you can watch the screen and just listen to the words or you can close your eyes and follow the journey in your mind to the best of your ability
  7. Most of all enjoy
I hope that you enjoy this meditation, I know that it does cut off just before the recording actually ended, but I have learnt from that and so the next one will be the right time frame, as I was using new software for this one and so I now have a lot more awareness of how it actually works etc.
