Life goes on without you.

I have been giving some thought to life this morning, and despite where you are or what is happening in your life, good or bad or indifferent life carries on without you, it just continues to do its cycle, day becoming night, sun rise and sun set, the birds wake up sing and feed, then sleep, the rivers continue to flow toward the ocean be a little less in terms of quantity as the weather has been so hot that some of would have began a new cycle of life through evaporation, and so it continues without you having any thought, emotion or interference what so ever.

Then I began to think about the body and how that does the same thing, how the organs function, without any aid from the individual, and how breathing just takes place even for those with aid in this area the body still knows what to do and continues to do it to its best ability, the only thing that we do is use the mind, which creates all things in our life to be the way they are. If you have good thoughts then you will get good results and feedback, if you have negative thoughts then you tend to get negative feedback, but once again it is a cycle, just like all things in life, and it will run on autopilot if you do not change it, this is the one thing that you have “command” over, and that is thoughts.

Nothing else really is in our control, the planet, the weather, other people, some situations, the only real thing we have “control” over is our selves, and how we think what we think, and whilst doing this life continues, the birds do what the birds do, the weather continues to do what the weather does, etc and so the wheel of life continues, the oceans tides go in and out in accordance with the moon cycles, and evolution carries on despite what we are doing from one moment to the next.

This is an amazing subject and really brings you into alignment with all that is, and whilst you are doing that life continues without you.

I believe from this I have come to the point of realisation that every moment in life is so precious and so important (not that I did not know that before but I know it at a deeper level) that it should not be wasted on negative things thoughts, feelings, emotions, etc it is to be used wisely, and in accordance with divine will. But hey that is just my opinion and that may not account for anything in the context of life, or maybe it does.

What are your experiences in this area? have you ever really thought about it? let me know I would love to hear from you.

Stop trying to change others - change yourself, instead

It is an interesting subject but so many do it, look to make changes in others rather than looking inside themselves to make the changes.

To attempt to make your peers change is extremely ineffective. If you desire to make changes in your personal life or even in the workplace, the most effective steps you can take are the ones you take, not the ones where you force someone else.  This could be in the form of ending relationships, either with a partner or with friends.

You have to take the initiative, you are responsible for making all decisions in your life, and if something is not right then take the steps to bring about the necessary changes.

Start some new relationships, go to different places to make new friends, but the key here is that you have to take action, in making the difference in your life nobody else is responsible for doing that.

If you are not happy with something/someone then what are you going to do about it?

Go on just one step today, and one step tomorrow and before the weekend is over you will be in a totally new experience, or definitely heading in the right direction.

Just give it a go what have you got to lose?  and what have you got to gain?

Have a fabuoloso weekend, with plenty of bbq's - and remember the sun screen unless you want to increase your risk of skin cancer.

Casting blame

Have you ever blamed someone else for a problem, situation, argument, nothing going right in your life?

Well guess what?  Blaming others does not solve anything.  Blaming is simply a path of least resistance.

If it a complicated issue, it is so easy to sit back and blame others, who wouldn't? right.

It is so much easier than working on actually solving the issue, and actually that reflects how painful it may be to look at ourselves for the truth and the source.

I have had a few conversations today where this appeared to be the case, and both times the other person was always to blame.

Mmm lets just look at that for a moment, so the other person is to blame for ........ whatever is the issue, so my questions to you are, do you really know that to be the truth? are they truly and honestly 100% to blame?  You had no part in it whatsoever?

Now I am guessing that you are saying yes 100% the other person is to blame.  Well this is where I am going to ask you to go away and think about this question for a moment what is the reason you are not choosing to take responsibility for the part you played? and yes you played a part if you were involved in any form of conversation/argument etc with this person.

So let me just ask you that again what is the reason you are choosing not to take responsibility for the part you played?

I would be very interested in your response to that question so get in touch and put your opinions forward.

In the meantime have a fantastic week. xxx

Top ten tips for meditating

Meditation is a wonderful tool to use on a regular basis and today I am going to share with you top ten tips for meditating and give you a brief description of what meditation is.

Meditation is simply the practice of focusing your attention on a particular object, generally this is something simple like a word or phrase, it could be a candle flame or a picture known as a yantra, or just by simply focusing on the coming and going of the breath.

There is a whole heap of information to give you about meditation and more than enough to keeping a blog going for a very very long time, so this is an overview for you.

Top Ten Tips for beginners

  1. Always find a quiet place to sit where you will not be disturbed.

  2. Ensure that all phones are switched off.

  3. Ensure that you are able to sit comfortably with your back relatively straight and upright. This allows the energies to flow better. Ensure that your feet are flat on the floor this allows you to stay what is known as grounded and stops any light headiness.

  4. If you are using music then ensure that it runs for at least 15 mins. This can be downloaded from the net for approx 79p a track.

  5. Take a few deep breaths, close your eyes and relax your body as much as you can at this stage.

  6. Focus on your breath for a couple of moments and up to five to begin the relaxation process.

  7. If you are not using music then now is the time to choose a word or phrase that has special personal or maybe spiritual meaning to you is you are going to choose this method.

  8. Begin to breathe through your nose (if you are able) and out through your mouth - if you have chosen a word or phrase then you can whisper the word out loud at first for a couple of times, then you can begin to do it silently in your head. Otherwise just allow yourself to follow the rhythm of the music.

  9. If your mind wanders go back to your word or phrase or take your awareness back to the music and begin again.

  10. Keep your meditation going for about five minutes or more if you are able to; then slowly bring your awareness back to your body and begin to gently move your hands and feet, then slowly get up and go about your day.
You may wish to keep a meditation journal to record what you got, even if it was just complete relaxation.  As the journey progresses and you practice more, all the six senses will awaken and you may see colours or get visions, this however may take time sometimes years, sometimes never.

This is a journey that cannot be rushed or made to happen, if it going to then it will.

Happy meditating xxx

Well I am back - again!!

Well hi again I know I said that nearly a year ago, but life's issues (not the pleasant one's) got in the way.

So here we are again.

I have been working hard to revamp all the websites, and adding new bits and pieces to them so that you can subscribe now to the Oracles for Life Monthly Newsletter.

So if you wish to subsribe then go to this website and take action!!

I know that website works and there is a subscription area on each page.  The other websites probably work as well but I spent hours yesterday revamping this one and getting everything perfect on there, so I know this one definitely has the information on for you.

I do hope that you will also bookmark the websites, and subscribe to the newsletter which is going to be a monthly letter which will have hints and tips for coaching, reiki, etc and also showing the events and what is happening so you can make bookings for the workshops that you are interested in.

So I shall be keeping the blog up to date and informing you of different things that happen along the pathway.

Stay inspired my friends.

Angel Blessings to you
