Both two very interesting words, so how do they work in a full sentence when you are about to become so frustrated you want to scream and then some, and the more you become frustrated the more it seems to be going in the wrong direction as in not getting better or going how you desire it to, and the more it goes wrong the more frustrated and aaargh you get.Mmmm I believe that is where patience and detachment come into there own. Breathing helps as well, but for now the lesson is to be patient and detachment from the emotions that are making you feel frustrated and aaargh.
So when things like being stuck in a traffic jam due to an accident and you are on the way to a really important client and about to close the deal which means that you are financially secure for the next however many months, or a computer just won’t do what you desire it to do there are two choices and many blessings.
Actually there are always two choices in anything, now the first choice is that you can react or you can respond. Now as you guessed the react brings about negative feelings like frustration, anxiety, tension, stress, overwhelm, etc. Whereas, respond brings about relaxation, freedom, calmness, clarity etc.
So just based on that I know which one I would choose.
Then there are the blessings so for scenario 1 above it could be the blessing that it is not you who has been involved in that accident and that you will still get to your appointment, maybe not when you choose to but you will, or that the accident has actually stopped you from having an accident by making you either slow down or stop completely.
Scenario 2 offers the blessings that maybe to stop blaming the computer for just doing what the computer is programmed to do, and accept that it is doing what it is doing because it is a computer, and drop into peace, peace being what it enables you to drop into because it is going wrong or not doing what you desire it to do. And what if it is allowing you to see your response to such a dilemma, and it is that response in which you should be taking notice of not what the computer is doing.
So next time, that you have a lift glitch, a computer glitch, a traffic jam, a long queue at the post office maybe just maybe it could actually be sending you a message.
Be patient and detach your emotions from the situation, this releases the negative vibrations which will hold it in place for longer and allows new lighter fresher vibrations to speed things along without all the drama from you being attached to it.
